Fees and Membership Types
TIA offers three types of membership. Descriptions of each, with their fees, follow.
General Manufacturer/Supplier | General Service Provider/Enterprise | Associate
General Manufacturer/Supplier
Any company (or division of a company) engaged principally in the business of developing, manufacturing, distributing, selling, installing, launching or consulting in respect to communications or information technology products (including software) or services other than common carrier services or the provision of other communication services may join as a General Manufacturer/Supplier.

General Service Provider/Enterprise
Any company (or division of a company) that is (a) is engaged substantially in the provision of communications services as a common carrier; or (b) is engaged principally in the business of providing communications services of any nature including, but not limited to, voice, data transport, video or internet services and by any transmission means including, but not limited to, wireline, wireless, cable, internet or satellite may join as a General Service Provider/Enterprise.

Associate
Any person or entity not eligible for General Membership shall be eligible for Associate Membership if such person or entity is interested in the field of telecommunications.
